What should I expect during a septic system installation or repair?
During a septic system installation or repair, our licensed technicians will assess your property and recommend the best solution for your needs. We use modern equipment and up-to-date techniques to ensure efficient service. The process may involve drain field installation, tank replacement, or repairs to existing components to ensure your system is functioning correctly.
Do you provide real estate septic inspections?
Yes, we provide comprehensive real estate septic inspections that include several key components to ensure the system is functioning properly.
First, we pump the septic tank to inspect its integrity, checking for any cracks, leaks, or damage. This also allows us to assess the inflow and outflow of the effluent, ensuring the system is processing wastewater as it should.
We also inspect distribution boxes (d-boxes) to ensure their structural integrity, check for sludge buildup or roots, and confirm that effluent is flowing properly from the septic tank to the drain field. If the d-box is compromised, it can disrupt the entire system.
Another critical part of our inspection is rod probing of the drain field lines. This step helps us ensure there are no backups of sludge or effluent in the drain field, which could indicate a serious issue.
At the end of the inspection, we provide a detailed report that outlines the condition of the septic system, including any concerns or recommended repairs. This report is crucial for real estate transactions, giving both buyers and sellers peace of mind.
Do you offer portable toilets for both short- and long-term rentals?
